Our Offerings

Yoga for Every Body

Our Beginner Hatha classes focus on anatomical alignment and foundational postures. You won't find any complex pretzel shapes here, just honest movement that builds strength. You'll move slowly, breathe deeply, and likely discover muscles you forgot existed.

Vinyasa Flow: A rhythmic transition between poses for those craving a moderate cardiovascular boost. Hatha: The perfect entry point, holding poses longer to build stamina and mind-muscle connection.

Forest Bathing

Shinrin-yoku sessions. We take the practice outdoors to New York's hidden green pockets. It's not hiking; it's an immersive sensory experience designed to lower cortisol levels naturally.

Mindfulness

Our workshops teach practical techniques to manage the NYC pace. No chanting required—just science-backed tools for a quieter mind. Why wait for a crisis to find peace?

Is this for me?

Absolute Beginner: Room temp (21°C), zero experience required.
Open Level: Moderate intensity, options for all abilities.
Forest Bathing: Gentle walking, all-weather appropriate gear needed.

Why did we choose Verdant Roots Yoga? Because their forest bathing sessions are the only thing that keeps my stress in check during tax season. It's transformational.
